reactivated account not getting email notification

srinivasan.ramachand July 27, 2023

My email account was initially blocked by the company. After few months, I rejoined the same company. Then, my same email account is reactivated. With the same email account, I am able to access Jira, driving the tickets towards to closure etc. However, if any of the tickets assigned by someone or if user updates his/her response in my tickets, I didn't get any email notification unless I login to Jira and walk through my tickets.

Please help me to enable the email notification.

Note : There is no settings changed during activation & reactivation of my account in JIRA.

Thanks,
Srinivasan.

Hi Srinivasan - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You need to create a support ticket with Atlassian to have them check to see if your email is on a blocked list for some reason.

Hi John, Thank you very much for the quick response.

Here, I logged the ticket, have asked to include authorized contact. But, I don't see that option in the below ticket.

Thanks,
Srinivasan.
