"something's gone wrong"

Hi,

I get the following when trying to add a task to my workplan:

"An error occurred on our end. Refresh the page and try again"

I've tried to refresh, restart, incognito, other browser etc. Nothing works.

Can you help me?

How do I do that? When I go to the support side it directs me to the Community site
