"color card" plugin dsappeared since upgrade version 10.3 (data center)

I had "color card" plugin with my last version Jira Data Center 9.12.

After upgrade to v10.3.16, this plugin doesn't exist !!! impossible to find it.

Do you have an idea why the plugin is not available on this new Jira version

Could you also let us know:

• Is the app missing from Manage apps, or is it installed but not functioning?
• Which Color Cards app/vendor were you using before the upgrade?

1 - It's missing from Manage apps

2 - I don't know exactly: the user (an us admin) doesn't test in Pre-Prod before upgrade in PROD, so impossible to find the vendor

I know just that that he needs for his Kanban. I ask me if Atlassian doesn't remove this plugin from v9 to v10 and from now it' paid because I find this plugin in Marketplace paid.
