Oauth app is present in the site but still for the below boards API , it is returning app is not installed.

https://api.atlassian.com/ex/jira/<cloudId>/rest/agile/1.0/board?startAt=0&maxResults=100

Do , uninstalling the app and reinstalling will work?

And most importantly, why this issue comes? This is very imp for us. Could somone please assist us ASAP?
