Hi there,

I just created a Jira Service Desk and played with the demo project. I then created my own project and deleted the demo project. There are a few items showing up in my "Your work" screen from the demo project. I would have assumed that issues belonging to a project would get deleted.

Thoughts on how to remove these issues/items which appear to be orphaned?

Hi @Peter Alberti ,

Thanks for reaching out and this is a New bug that we are tracking at the following link:

Currently the only workaround is to un assign all issues in a project before deleting the project, however unfortunatly there is no workaround that can be applied after the project is deleted.

Please make sure to add yourself as a watcher on the Bug to get updates as we continue to look into this and we will update this one if a better workaround comes up before a fix is applied.

Regards,
Earl
