As the message implies – check if the accepting of 3rd parties cookies is enabled. We have had issues both with Chrome and Brave browsers. This has to be enabled (for some reason) for both id.atlassian.com and your site's URL.

Checking the details of your site, I can see that it has been some days since you and your team were able to access the site, so I assume you are still facing this issue.
Can you try accessing your Atlassian account first on id.atlassian.com and then accessing Jira?
Can you try to login using your mobile? You can use the app or for full access you can use the browser where you will be able to access the User management menu.
I see that you accessed Jira 5 days ago, was there any change before that?
