Just a note that this is a public forum, it's important to take this into consideration when posting info/screenshots, as everyone can see it. In that light, I would maybe suggest just blurring all other information on the screenshot.

Now, as for this "Team" value, which field type are we here talking about? Is it a group picker field type (from the looks, I'd say it is)?

Also, are you a Jira admin, or, if not, could you try reaching the one internally, within your organization? 👀
