I was away for 3 weeks and upon return, my jira plan will not it open. It only gives a red box error "Something went wrong". In the details I see: Uncaught RangeError: Invalid time value.
I cannot open the configurations of my plan so I can't check if it' something there. Do I just need to make a new plan?
Hi @Erin Yett ,
Do you have any other plans you could try to see if they work? Also you could create a new one to see if that has the same error.
Generally, you should reach out to your administrators or company internal support to have them investigate on this. It could be that your plan somehow broke, but it could also be a problem with the internal app itself or an upgrade gone wrong.
Greetings
Philipp
Thanks Philipp, I've created a new plan now and it is working. Hoping to still figure out what happened so I can prevent it from happening again. I'll try to contact internally. Other plans I checked still worked, so it was only this one.

Very strange. I think it's also a valuable information for your admins as this might be a symptom of a bigger issue that they might want to get ahead of before it becomes bigger.
I personally would look at your plan and other plans in the database and see if there are any noticeable differences. Then the question would only remain, how they came to be. Maybe there were also any changes to the system that they can bring in relation to this.
Crossing fingers you'll figure it out.
