I am a new jira admin and I have just started organizing my first sprint. I have 2 teams. I made a sprint (scrum) for the first team and it worked perfectly. I used a filter with 2 conditionals. Project = myproject and Label = myteam (for example). It pulled in all the tickets of every status that meet the conditionals.
Then I made the sprint (scrum) board for team 2. Same filters (just the label is different). But all of my "ready for QA" tickets don't appear. So I narrowed the filter to say "status = ready for QA". 11 tickets meet my requirements. Saved the filter and returned to the board/backlog view. zero tickets showing up.
Can anyone help me get these 11 missing tickets into the board!
Hello @Emily Smith
I suggest checking your settings column of your seconde board to see if you have the status 'ready for QA' mapped to a column
Thank you! yes this worked! my "ready for QA" status was showing up in the "closed" column so I made a new column for "Ready for QA" and now they appear in the backlog and I can add to the sprint!! Thank you!!
