prevents to update my saved filters. This is very bad since filters which should be dynamic, become very static and barely unusable.

If possible, please attach a screenshot or even a short recording of the functionality you're referring to. We may be able to help suggest an alternative approach to what you're trying to do, but if it truly is a product change/feature suggestion, the request may need to be submitted to Atlassian directly.
