I have a Team Managed Kanban board, new UI layout, and notice that "done" tickets are not falling off the board after 14 days in the done column. Is this a known bug?

Can you confirm this is for a Team Managed Software project (versus a Business or Service Management project)? Get the project Type information from the Type column on the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.
Can you provide a screen image of your board (obscuring confidential data)? Are you sure it is a kanban board and not a scrum board?
Is the Done column the one farthest to the right on your board?
What is the Resolved date and the Updated date of the issues in the column that are not being hidden after 14 days?
My tickets did not have a resolution. I added an automation to set the Resolution field when changing status to Done. This has added a resolution and a resolved date which allows me to clear the items from the board. Thanks!

Were these issues completed in the normal course of work on the board? Or were they imported from another project or other means?
