Jira iş öğesi ekranının sağ tarafındaki Automation panelinde "Recent rule runs" bölümünde yer alan "Create new automation rule" linkine tıkladığımda, ilgili projenin otomasyon kural oluşturma sayfası (.../settings/automate#/tab/rule-library/withBanner) açılmıyor; bunun yerine tarayıcı Sprint Board / Kanban board sayfasına yönlendiriyor.
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
This doesn't sound like the expected behavior. Clicking "Create new automation rule" from the Recent rule runs panel should normally take you directly to the Automation rule creation page, not redirect you to the project's board.
If you can still access the Automation page through Project settings → Automation and create rules from there, then the issue is likely isolated to that particular link. In that case, it could be a UI issue or an incorrect redirect.
Try clearing the Cache or using another browser. If the behavior persists across different browsers and projects, it may be worth raising a support ticket with Atlassian so they can investigate whether this is a product defect.
Also, on my side it redirects correctly to the Automation page.
Hi @Melisa Adaklı ,
On top of what Gor said, I did see one case where this was affected by browser extensions (like ad blockers). In some cases, internal routing could direct you to 'safe' pages instead of the actual destinations. That being said, you could try disabling extensions to see if that will help. 👀
Also, as Gor also pointed out - I'm guessing you are a Space admin and can access Space settings > Automation and create new automation from there? If you're not a space admin, the link you're trying to access would redirect you in the way you're currently seeing. ⚙️
Cheers,
Tobi

I always recommend testing this first in an incognito/private browser window.
It is a simple check, but it rules out a lot of possible causes at once, such as cache, cookies, extensions, or session-related issues.
Best,
Arek🤠
