After editing our board names and creating new issues, our next-gen project stopped loading in the "Board" view. We're still able to view our issues through the Backlog. We receive the following error:
Other users on our team also receive the same error, but no other boards in our company have the same problem. We've also refreshed the page to no avail.
After searching for the issue, seems like this has been occurring for the past couple years with no singular solution. Can we solve this without having to create an entirely new project?
For reference: I am an admin for this project, and others who tried to view the board have varying access.
There is known bug which could explain this behaviour for hybrid pojects.
make sure that your project is really a next gen project.
I would recommend creating a support ticket for atlassian.

Almost positive our project is next gen (see pic below). Is there another way to check this out? I wasn't the admin that originally created it.
