"Backlog"- & "Board"-Tabs disappeared

Hi everyone,

I'm having a strange issue where both the Backlog and the Board have completely disappeared from my project.

I didn't change anything, no settings, no permissions, no board config, nothing. I just opened the project and they were gone. They don't show up in the navigation and they're also not under the "More" menu. No idea how this happened.

Not sure if this is a bug or if something changed on Atlassian's end, but I'm kind of stuck. Has anyone else run into this recently?

Are board and backlog available on the dropdown menu when you click "+"?

On the other hand, could you double-check with the space admin that whether the space type has been changed to other types, I think board and backlog are only available on the Jira software space.

They are not. What solved it for me was my admin account manager adding a second type of access to my account. I think the one was in, that was working previously, might have changed on Atlassian's side.

I don't see any open issues on Atlassian.

What if you try an incognito window or other browser?

If this works, clear oyu cache and cookies.

Or check with you Jira admin, is your board still there, or the board filter?
