"Add new..." option in drop down list

Hi

When creating an new issue, we have a drop down field with customers listed. Can I add a field called "Add new..." if the customer is not in the list, so the users creating the issues can add a new customer by themself?

Not in OnDemand. There are no fields that support this functionality available there.

There are some plugins which provide that sort of facility, but they are not (yet) available for OnDemand.
