"Add epic" appeared in front of the issue number

Hello folks,

So, just discovered something in our Cloud instance in one of the SW project.

"Add epic" appeared in the issue's location path (?):

What I mean with that:

above all the data usually you have:

Projects / <project> / Issuenumber / issuenumber.

But now I have:

Projects / <project> / "Add epic" message / Task.

Any idea why we have this "Add epic" in the path?

Hi @Julie d_Antin _Elements_ ,

Thank you for your explanations, I was thinking something similar.

Now I have to explain to my client they can ignore it, and that they are not forced to use it. 

It's a bit misleading or at least confusing.
