The Atlassian Guard (Standard) product has been deactivated and cannot be reactivated via billing. When trying to reinstall from the marketplace, it gives an error and when contacting support, it sends to a bot. It is necessary to restore its operation as soon as possible.
Here in community, most of us are Atlassian users like yourself, not (necessarily) employees of Atlassian. We don't have access to your environment.
