procedure for upgrading jira with Agile

I am upgrading JIRA 6.1 with Agile 6.3.13.1 to JIRA 6.3. After the upgrade, there are a lot of errors in the log file like this:

2015-02-06 12:36:18,234 IssueIndexer:thread-2 WARN      [jira.issue.index.DefaultIssueDocumentFactory] Error indexing issue NIPY-162: Dropping 'customfield_10450'

I expect this is because the agile version is not compatible and/or I have missed a step in my upgrade. I could not find a specific procedure to upgrade JIRA and Agile at the same time.

Hey Jim!

Good news for you! The update process for JIRA Agile is very very easy. 

You can update it just by going into the Add-ons tab of JIRA's Administration panel, then look for the Manage Add-ons page. There, search for the JIRA Agile plug-in and you should see a button to upgrade it. That should take care of the issue.

 Please refer to this document for further instructions on the upgrade process.
