Excuse me if this is an resolved answear already, but i did not find a similiar problem in the forums.
Im installing Jira Software (server) v7.3.7 in a ubuntu 18.04. All is fine but when i enter the evaluation licence in the setup wizard i have the error below and no log is generated in the jira logs (home nor installing ):
"Une erreur inconnue s'est produite.
Une erreur non identifiée est apparue. Veuillez contacter l'assistance."
Can i have some help please? Thanks
