Hi Atlassian Community,
I'm connecting for the first time with my google account on the Jira Tool of my company (https://igraal.atlassian.net/) and it does not work for me.
My account is setup and authorized like all my team members to access the same dashboard, the tickets, and all the other resources, but I always have a page loading error on all jira items.
The error indicates : "an error has occurred if the problem persists contact atlassian support".
For information I have already changed and reset the browser (Firefox V76 / Chrome V81 on Ubuntu Linux), purged the cache completely, cookies and history.
It seems that my google account is not correctly connected/linked to jira.
Can you help me solve this problem please ?
