plugin trello for jira datacenter

hello, 

I would like to know if there is a trello plugin for jira datacenter that allows you to create trello boards in jira?
My goal is to have the trello functions on-premise?

No, there's nothing like Trello in Jira.  Trello is fantastic for simple piles of items, but Jira is, at its heart, a workflow based system, not a pile-of-issues system.  Boards in Jira show us the process flow, from the data on the cards (issues), not arbitrary groupings.

That said, if you're happy that you "move" issues by editing them rather than dragging around a board, https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211683/comala-canvas-for-jira?hosting=server&tab=overview gets you very close to a Trello like board.
