Jack has already given you the links to start off with, but before you start, have a think about what you want from "integrate", because that is going to detemine what you need to do.

"integrate" is a "suitcase word" - looking at the outside, we can see you want to link systems, but without opening it, we can't know what you mean.

There's two obvious ones that might be in it:

• You want Nagios to raise alerts in Jira
• You want Nagios to monitor Jira as a service
