I'm trying to integrate phpStorm with Jira software. My credentials seem to be fine. I passed my Server URL, email (whichI've checked on my jira profile) and API token which also seems to be fine, because I can see that it was used in my API tokens managment tab.
But when I press test. I'm getting an error "Request failed. Reason: "Field 'assignee' does not exist or this field cannot be viewed by anonymous users." "Field 'resolution' does not exist or this field cannot be viewed by anonymous users."
I have checked my proxy settings and these are fine.
I also tried to change Search query for a query that I'm sure that works, but the result is the same.
Any ideas how to fix it?
Hi @Krzysztof Tomczyk ,
welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I tested it and I was able to get the same error message, when the email provided was incorrect. So I believe there's something wrong with the credentials.
Please check, whether you are really able to log in to this cloud Jira with this user and view some issues.
Thank you.
Hi @Hana Kučerová
well it seems so. I've entered the email I saw in https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email page, which turned out to be wrong.
When I changed my account email, and then entered that new email, it worked. But thats weird, because I am absolutly sure, that previously I've entered the email correctly (I simply copied it)
So that's weird, but changing account email worked for me
