our JIRA application, returns us a 503 status

Hi Nizar!

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Not an Apache expert but your configuration seems right, that being said the ProxyPassReverse parameter is missing a "/" after the protocol part (http://s01......). Let us know if it makes it!

Thanks for reply,

indeed it was missing a slash but it didn't change anything and the problem persists.

What should I do?

Is there a support that could help me?

After completely re-installing the Jira application
everything's back to normal
