opening task

I have a saved filter that shows me list of tasks.  But when I click to open,  the task does not open.  I refresh browser and then it just opens no problem.  So now I click to view filtered tasks > click to open one > click to refresh browser   (vivaldi and firefox) > only then does my task open.   Any suggestions?

Try clear Jira’s site cookies and cache. As a workaround, you can right-click an issue and open it in a new tab. If the problem continues, report it to Atlassian Support since it’s likely a Jira Cloud frontend issue.
