Welcome to community! Adding Multiple issue link is possible via API but not from the UI. Also could you elaborate further on the "attachment in png", what does that mean? Please share a screenshot to illustrate better.

I am not sure if you can link more then one issue at once. Probably (until it is resolved) you have to do it one by one.
I haven't had to link issues for a longer amount of time so please feel free to test and report back if it helped.

Thanks for the screenshot, @Daniel Ebers has provided the link to the API. Though creating an Issue link via API should perform it properly. I believe this issue of attachment is a bug but I think it occurs via copy and paste from an excel sheet, is that how you're trying to link the issue?
