okta integration double login

Hi,

We are trying to integrate Okta with our On Premise JIRA. I've set it up according to the directions, however, after logging into the Okta site we are redirected to JIRA and have to login again. I feel like I'm missing a setting. Any ideas?

In our case, we had to change the format of how Okta was sending the username. Okta was sending the email address, however, our JIRA was expecting just the username.

I also have this issue. Did you have any luck?

In the logs I can see it pulling data from the session...

I've logged a support ticket with Okta but I'd love to crack it asap.
