notification when tickets are added with a specific label

Do we have an option to setup notification every first time label changed to a specific one ?

For example: Notification of a ticket must be sent whenever someone labeled the ticket as 'ABC'

You would need a listener for this. You might check addons, e.g. Automation for Jira, Scriptrunner or Power Scripts.

yes. that is what i use but there are others that can as well so always good to check to see if you have an existing addon.
