I am not receiving the reset link to my outlook mail. i have checked it in the sapm folder also

If you are not receiving the password reset email in Outlook (including the spam/junk folder), the issue is usually related to account type or email delivery restrictions, not Jira itself.
Please check the following:
Verify how you log in
If your account uses Google, Microsoft, or SSO, password reset emails are not sent by Atlassian.
In this case, you must reset your password with your identity provider (e.g. Microsoft).
Confirm the correct email address
Make sure the email entered matches the one associated with your Atlassian account.
Try signing in at id.atlassian.com to confirm the account exists.
Check Outlook email filtering
Review Junk, Focused/Other inbox, and any custom rules
Ask your IT admin to check if Atlassian emails are being blocked or quarantined
Ensure emails from @atlassian.com are allowed
Corporate or restricted mailboxes
Some company email systems block automated reset emails
Trying a personal email address (if possible) can help confirm this
