I have not been able to receive email notifications. I have tested with the Notification Helper and I should be receiving it. Can someone on the Atlassian side see if notifications are being sent?

Atlassian community can help you with pointers to investigate but if you want Atlassian engineers to check on this, you will have to contact Atlassian support directly.

1. No rules moving emails to folders or junk
2. No org policies blocking emails (even checked exchange server for quarantined/flagged emails)
3. Other users are also not receiving emails.
