I saw that you reached out to our customer advocates and they sent you a reset password link. 

Regarding blocks and bounces, I didn't find anything on our side, so please, make sure to add sendgrid.net, mail.notifications.atlassian.com, no-reply@atlassian.com, noreply@mailer.atlassian.com as trusted.
