Got an error agents are linked to another acct. Did list under agents, however this is for the license.  Any assistance please.

It is not clear what you are trying to do here.  The error message you are getting is probably accurate, but if you want us to explain it to you, you will need to tell us what you are doing and what the error message is.

("linked to another account" suggests you're getting one of three or four errors I can think of, but none of them have anything to do with the licence, so I cannot begin to guess at what the problem is)
