I am a new user in trial period. Logged in as administrator, follow the instruction : https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.spartez.jira.plugins.scrum-standup-for-jira/server/installation

but find nothing

You have flagged this question as "Cloud", which strongly suggests you have signed up for a Cloud based trial.

I'm afraid the add-on you've looked at is only available on Server installations of JIRA.  You can't use it on Cloud.
