net.lingala.zip4j.exception.ZipException when uncompressing the zip file

I have been using Project Configurator for Jira to move a project from one server to another. But it is always showing the following error:

net.lingala.zip4j.exception.ZipException: net.lingala.zip4j.exception.ZipException: net.lingala.zip4j.exception.ZipException: invalid local header signature for file: data/attachments/MMA/10000/MMA-6375/189545

May I ask if there is any setting missing and what should I do to fix it?

Imo you need to delete the file from the zip. Haven't found any better workaround or what's causing it, other than that it seems to happen here and there (in my case that's most commonly pdf files, rarely a png). Rare to come across those but when I do it's usually just a handful of files among thousands so after a few tries the zip gets fixed.

Anyway if somebody knows a better way I'm all ears, but the quickest way for you to get that zip through is to delete the files.
