Hi @ranjitha, welcome to the community! 👋

Are you trying to connect the Claude AI assistant to Jira, or was "claude" a typo for "Cloud"? Depending on what you're trying to do, here is what is likely happening:

  • If you meant the Claude AI: Since jdac.unilogcorp.com is a private corporate server, Claude's web servers won't be able to access it directly due to your company's firewall. However, if you use the Claude Desktop app while connected to your corporate VPN, it runs locally on your machine and should be able to reach it. You will just need to generate a Personal Access Token (PAT) in your Jira profile settings to connect securely.
  • If you meant Jira Cloud: If you're trying to link a Jira Cloud instance to your on-premise Data Center, your company's network administrators will need to whitelist Atlassian's Cloud IP ranges in your firewall and configure an Application Link.

In either case, since this is a private company domain (unilogcorp.com), your best bet is to reach out to your internal IT Helpdesk. They will need to help you with the firewall rules or with generating the secure credentials you need.

Hope this helps! Let us know if you meant something else.
