We are trying to set up JIRA so that it auto creates a ticket when an email is sent to our mailbox. We have most of it figured out, but can only seem to pull in one reporter from each email. We often have multiple stakeholders included in the original email and are trying to find a way to include all those names in the ticket.
Any suggestions of how to do this?
NOTE: Many of the stakeholders sending in emails are not JIRA users.

If you use the standard Jira mail handler then when an issue is created, the reporter field is set from the TO field in the email. You can configure your mail handler so that anyone, who is included in the CC, will be set as a watcher.
