Do you already have access to the Jira product? Does your company already have a Jira environment running? Or, does your company need to get started setting up a Jira environment?
If your company already has a Jira environment, you will need to contact the administrators of that environment within your own company for help setting up your use of Jira.
If your company does not already have a Jira environment, they can establish a Cloud environment from here:
