If I enter a JIRA ticket through a filter/search, I can't scroll within the ticket. I notice the problem on chrome, MS edge, opera. Clearing cache, restarting browser does not help. The problem began suddenly about 3 days ago.

Testing on my local site, I wasn't able to replicate the same issue on chrome, but I found out that this issue is related to a bug that was resolved yesterday.
