migrate our JIRA Software server from our Fremont, CA Data Center to Bangalore, India

We have a requirement to migrate our JIRA Software server from our Fremont, CA Data Center to Bangalore, India Data Center. our server configuration is as below.

OS: RH Linux
Storage: Opt - 50 GB
VAR Strorage - 200 GB
Attachment Storage - 3.5 TB
Index - 32 GB
Memory - 50 GB
CPU - 32
DB Size - 22 GB

Currently, we have our DR Setup in our Pittsburgh Office in the US East Coast.

We have a script that will copy the data from Fremont filer to Pittsburgh Filer and NetApp mirror config to replicate the storage data.

I would like to get your advice on where should we have our DR system setup if we are migrating the complete JIRA infrastructure to Bangalore, India. We don't have any other Data Center in India. Our options are 1) Continue to use Pittsburgh Data Center for DR (Concerns about latency from India) 2) Use AWS for the DR.

Looking forward for the economic recommendation.

If you want to modernize your infrastructure, I would recommend AWS. You can use the new CDN cache feature to minimize latency. You can benefit from auto-scaling if you are use AWS or any cloud service. You have to decide between performance and cost to make this decision.
