migrate a csv file to JIRA

Hi,

I have a issue tracker that I use , want to migrate to JIRA.

I am able to export the data into a csv file and import it in JIRA.

Not everything like users, permissions are imported.

Can anyone suggest the guidelines for the migration?

What does JIRA expect as input?

Hello,

You can not migrate configuration through a CSV. You can only migrate issues and issue data.

Users, permissions, workflows etc is configuration.

The only way is to implement configuration manually in Jira.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
