@mentions don't seem to work. Is this because our userids are all email ids that have the '@' sign in them?

When I try to add an @mention in a comment, nothing happens. All of our userids are email accounts. Do we need to escape something in the @mention?

We are having the same problem -- only in Confluence. Additionally, some of people who occsionally work at home can not make a comment at all -- however when they are in the office they can.
