lost the main e-mail workspace

Dear,
I created a workspace to work with my team, using my professional email, the problem is that I lost the domain (@sintechsolucoes.com.br) and I no longer have access to the email to receive the verification code and log in and there was no other administrator. I use Jira to organize my projects in development. How can I get help?

Hello @Alexsander Oliveira 

When you say "workspace" do you mean that you set up a subscription to the Jira app?

Can you regain access to the associated email account? That is the most straight forward way to regain access to the app, and then you can grant admin access to another account to which you can retain access.

You can also try reaching out to Atlassian Billing, Licensing, Pricing Support.

They will likely ask for information to prove you are truly the owner of the subscription. If you can meet their proof requirements then they can help you regain access to administer the app.

Exactly, I set up my Jira subscription, but I lost access to the email that logs into that subscription.
