I use Microsoft Active Directory(Read Only) sync user. config is correct and user can sync to jira. but when use account login, it will miss sub-group information.
example: user A in group G1,G2 and G3, G3 is G2's sub-group. after synchronize, i can see user's group name: G1, G2, G3 it's ok. but i use A login jira, A group will miss G3. i need manual synchronize again. what cause this problem?
for User Directories configuration, i select Enable Nested Groups, and Use the user membership attribute i also select When finding the user's group membership & when finding the members of a group.
jira version: 7.1.7
AD: windows 2012
