lost account

I was testing out the free trial and building a whole board for each of my businesses, had API and tokens created and all.  I guess I messed the deadline from when the free trial ended and tried to log back onto my account and am now being redirected to create a new account.  Did I lose all my work and have to start over?  I'll purchase the subscription....  That was a lot of work...  Please let me know as I want to keep working on my projects or move onto another area if I have to start all over again.
