It's very bad and harmful idea to write your credentials on public forum.
I removed password from your post.
In casem if you need support assistance (and looking at your ticket it looks exactly so), you need to create ticket at Atlassian Support portla: https://support.atlassian.com/
This is Community portal, and we can't research reason of such behaviour, which you're facing.
And please - DON'T write your passwords anywhere in internet on pages, open to everyone!

No, I'm not Atlassian employee, and Community members can't help you with that. We don't have access to such functionality.

Please remove your login details and password from this public post immediately to secure your account.
For the missing verification email, check your spam folder and ensure your mailbox isn't full. If it's still missing, have your IT admin check your mail gateway logs and whitelist `@am.atlassian.com` and `@id.atlassian.com`.
If the emails aren't reaching your network at all, have another administrator or billing contact on your paid plan open a ticket with Atlassian Support, as the Community cannot bypass security verification checks.

There is no address, it's support portal. You need to create ticket there, and they'll answer you in ticket. Or I can call support to ticket, but they are answering in ~3 working days.
