JIRA was fine yesterday. Today I get the error above. I am running on Win 7 server version. I DID install Confluence but I do not think that affected it. I have uninstalled Confluence but no luck. JIRA is trying to use port 8080.
What does the Jira application log say there is a problem with?
Which log is that? Here is a list of logs I have for today.

Should be atlassian-jira.log found in the <jira-home>/logs directory.
Catalina.out in <jira install>/log is the second one to look at.
