linking shared teams' absence/leave/exception to Plan

Hi,

I have created an absence/exception for one of my teammates (in shared teams). The shared team is linked to a plan I created.

I want the absence/exception dates of that team mate to get reflected in my plan.

Kindly enlighten how that can be done.
