linking jira server and trello

I want to link my Jira server (it's not pubic) with Trello

I've seen them before but it seems they are useful for Cloud one and public Jira ones, 
I need to link my self-host Jira and Trello and also I want my Jira transition my Trello cards by something like automation rules
