Hi!
Please help with licensing programs Atlassian products.

The license for the software Atlassian JIRA Service Desk: an increase in the license from 100 to unlimited number of agents. Here we need a new purchase for unlimited number of users or extension of the old licenses?

Customer bought Jira BigGantt, it is no longer needed and to extend / enhance this plugin does not want to.
Can we don't increase the licenses on plug-ins with the purchase of basic licenses?

You can manage this in your my.atlassian.com account that was used to buy the licences (or if your account has been added as a technical or billing contact to it)

To drop BigGantt, do not bother to relicence it.  To increase service desk users, request the higher tier and the site will give you a quote for the increase.
