Sorry to hear about this problem. It appears that some of the card details look blank in your view. I have not seen this particular problem before.
Are there other users in your site that have this same problem? Have you tried to use a different browser or possibly incognito mode? I am curious if something like an adblocker extension might be responsible for removing the content of some cards inadvertently.
If that doesn't help, I would recommend that you reach out to your site-admin. The site-admin could then create a support case on your behalf over at https://support.atlassian.com/contact and perhaps that way our Jira Cloud support team could take a closer look at this behavior to investigate further.
